    Dynotuning tomorrow. Poll.

Alright guys, the time has come to dynotune my car again. I have been waiting a while, and now the time is right. What are your guys' guess for my hp numbers? I'm dyno-ing at Carb Connection on a Dynojet dyno, at 10:30am.

Here is a reminder of what I got last time.

I would put money down for inbetween 250 and 300 rear wheel horsepower.

What have you done to the motor since the last pull? If it's just messing with the megasquirt stuff, then I'd say 200-215 hp.

Frankly, from what I've seen, I'm less than impressed with the results of MS.

Centerforce dual friciton clutch, 12lb flywheel, Walbro high flow fuel pump, new fuel filter, wastegate goes into exhaust now. Fixed oil leak. (now i have one VERY SMALL leak from somewhere). You do know that the blue turbo graph on the sheet ends at 3700rpm correct? If you remember, I had to quit because my stock clutch failed after 3700rpm.

A turbo is a big variable! I think if you stay below 10PSI, I'd guess around 250-260rwhp give or take. Your graph looks pretty damn promising...I can't wait to see what it does. If you raise the boost and things stay together, you'll definately see 300+rwhp. Goodluck.

I hope to see you put down between 250 and 300 to the wheels as well :!: Good luck :!:

God i love your car....one question though...one graph is for the 2.8 without the turbo, and the 2.8 with the turbo correct? Looks as though your seeing boost coming in after 3 k....what about the numbers before then? since both cars would be "off boost" up to that point, why does the turbo car make 25 more HP off boost? Maybe i missed something

the turbo's turbine is still spinning (therefore blowing/compressing some air) below 3k rpms at WOT, but the turbo isn't quite 'spooled' to give full-boost just then. that relatively low power before 3.5k rpms or so is just turbo lag from the nice t4

based on that first dyno chart & no tunning/fuel problems in the upper rpms, i think matt's car is going to hit more than 300rwhp, i think closer to 325rwhp (altho hoping for more 8) )

How much is this dyno tuning gonna cost?

I want to get my car redynoed after i tune it up and if possible get a comparison for both of the chips i have adn see if i got a real copie of a dinan chip. :P
