Doesn't the blandness fit the true spirit of the M cars though? It's a true sleeper; looks like bloated horrible crap, but goes really fast and stuff! So it's worth it!

Chris Bangle hasn't been head of design or even worked for BMW for at least 3 years now. Remeber the Z8 was Bangle's so he wasn't all bad.
