I was just looking at the pictures/thinking about the damage. Correct me if I am wrong. (like I have to ask for that) lol

The disk is fine that is the hub which is the whole bearing assembly that is damaged isn't it? and should they not be replaced as a pair?

            Gracias.

Bearing/hubs should be replaced at the same time on both sides of the same axle. But since that shop only damaged one, they're most likely going to refuse to pay for both.

they better pay for all the damages, otherwise a lawsuit would certainly be in your favor

If one needs replacing due to their negligence and there are two that the manual calls for coincidental repair then they need to buy both. I don't want anything extra, but I also don't want to get screwed.

I have heard the hubs/bearings are a unit if this is so the bearing has to be replaced and I believe the other needs to go too.

They mustve impact wrenched every wheel but the one that fell off then. I was literally ten feet from the shop, I didnt even make it a day like his cab did. It was comical almost.

Damn. Time to make out with a new set of rims from the shop. You don't want those as they are bad luck now and ugly.

Glad you and the car are (mostly) alright. I agree though, my car has never been inside a wheel shop except for an alignment and even then I put my bottlecaps on because I knew they'd scratch the rims.

They replaced the Hub/bearing and control arm. I just left and they were aligning it and looking for the hub centric spacers thay say (now) it needs.

Anyone know what the dimentions are for ASA1's spacers?

                                Thanks
