There's a shitty 745 around here that is all badged up with "760LI" and "///V12" bullshit.

Dude even called the shop about doing work to a 760....then brought the car in and BOOM, missing 4 cylinders.

If I can catch them and I feel frisky I will question them about their car. Start asking basic technical questions and watch them squirm.

Then I tell them the real facts about the car they impersonated. I dont know, i get my jolly's from it.

Then i drive away in my M and make sure they can see me. I have only done this twice.

Its pretty common to see in Aus, we also put chev badges on our Holden's but they have a GM engine.... I think they are just inbreed & mock them.

I can't say I'd put someone on show for having the badge, But if they tried talking the car up as the real deal then no its time to be embarassed. There is a e30 318is not far from me who has e46 m3 vents in the front guards? but he is allowed to the car has a built 1uz & 150hp wet NOS set up it has a M badge on the boot too, I think it needs a TRD badge :p

I get asked if it is a ZHP a lot. Maybe I should start saying it is........

I once asked a guy at a gas station if his 330 was a ZHP. He told me it was the M-Sport package, which I guess is probably what they said at the dealership. He obviously was proud of his car, I didn't shit on him for not knowing every little thing about it. Just gave him a "Right on, nice car." and took off.

ZHPs are so overrated. it was a bargain at the time, but these days it's cheaper to buy an M3 instead.

Would rather ZHP than M3.

S54 is a cool engine, but for me personally I'd rather have a hopped up M54.

Also ZHP doesn't really scream douche as much as e46 M3.
