Or would you run straight to paypal ? I would have appreciated the chance to make things right over the injectors . He pm'd me last night saying they weren't working , after putting motor together . I assumed he might have made a mistake ...I responded and no answer until today when I get email from PP about a claim . Would you at least ask for a refund before filing a claim ?

Scammers gonna scam, ain't no bones about it.
Personally I'd work with the person to resolve the issue like adults, not cry to the forum about it.- Josh

I would have tried to work it out with seller before filing claim with PayPal. I sell items all the time on here and I would expect the buyer to try to resolve problem with me before going to PayPal. As for the foul language...you both need to grow up.

Welcome to selling parts. It's a risk. The moment I catch wind of something being amiss, I hop into action immediately, no questions asked. It's not worth my grief to nickel and dime, and every part I sell I'm comfortable with giving 100% including shipping refunds on if it comes to it. Makes my life stress free, and bonus stress free customers too. NEVER EVER question a customers complaint. Whether they messed up or not is not your concern. Your concern is doing right by someone who trusted you,
As a buyer though, he has every right to do either. But if you have good communication, they'll never go to paypal first. Professional, calm communication is key.
Let it go, lesson learned. Life will go on.
That said, I'll never buy parts from you. Ever. Putting what should be a private/professional conversation on here, with the USERNAME of the other person, is incredibly unprofessional, uncalled for, and extremely tacky.Last edited by TurboJake; 10-02-2013, 12:09 PM.

He didn't respond to my last pm from last night just filed a claim....just got this from him
You have no reason to believe they are not working? Are you not the one selling it? Shouldn't you of all people know if its working or not? Are you stupid or do you not understand logic? And what might you know more than the three mechanics working on the car? Oh and let me tell you about buying and selling online. If you sell Shit that doesn't work expect it to come right back. Last but not least WHAT THE FUCK DO I CARE ABOUT YOUR RACECAR AND INJECTORS...dickhead

My feedback has a similar transaction. I was to trade a set of fog lights for a Schroth harness. I noticed one of the lights had a crack and I contacted him to work it out since I no longer wanted to sell a broken part.
In the end I just want to treat everyone how I would like to be treated. I go the extra bit to make friends and build trust when selling/buying.
I did have an issue with Clutchnet a few months back. I contacted them to no avail but in the end a paypal dispute brought them out and they cleared it up and sent my clutch out. I did not request my money back, I got it and resolved the issue. Being they are on the smaller end/custom made I was not harsh and completely understood.
Contact the seller BEFORE starting shit in the public forum. We personally cannot resolve it out here. Then if you have an issue beyond that, contact a Moderator or Admin to help resolve it.
Before buying from a seller, do yourself a favor and check the transaction section for other past buyers feedback. It has saved me many times just for the slow or lazy. Also weeds out the scammers or new members that are known from other forums IE: S14.net BF.C, e30tech etc~ Puch Cafe. ~ Do business? feedback ~ Check out my leather company ~
