Rant: Who else hates non-M cars badged as ///M cars?
When I see an ///m badge its usually in the junkyard and it makes me look at the car harder to figure out what BMW put on it that was m-tech. :D Thank you bmw for making my parts finding that much easier.
I always hated it when people thought I WAS the fool that put a M3 badge and a body kit on my 325. Twice I had to pop my hood next to a 325 to show them that even the motor was different... usually though once I started talking a mile a minute about the differece's between my M3 and a 325 they believed me.
m badge before the numbers on teh back of your car is no good EVER no matter if you have a full mtech car or not, i dont wanna know about your m318i or your m325e

How about an ///M shifter logo knob in a non ///M car? What do you guys think of that? I think it's ok but the fake ///M3 badge...man.
Heh, my car has an ///M shift knob, the previous owner put it in though and I really don't care. It's not an M3 badge or something like that and its on the inside of the car so it's not like I'm trying to pass my 318is off as one.
