If the M-tech II was optional why is not mentioned?

The car's build sheet. Nice car but not sure if I'd spend that much for it. He has it everywhere today. Surprised it's not on R3V yet.

The two that come to my mind are the Ferrari 458 Italia and Subaru BRZ.

I'm not a 100% these will be classics or just flatline price wise?

These still have a long way to go before they belong on this list (they are too new)

I'd think the 1M will go down a in a few years and maybe later come back up, no?

94-96 Impala SS should be gaining. There are some people out there with less than 30,000 miles asking $20-$30,000.

What about like a e28 m5 or I don't know the chassis code but mid 80's m6. Also idk if most but I would consider Mercedes 190's classic. They are extremely rare
                          In these parts.

I don't know if they will ever be valuable, but clean examples of the following are getting harder to find:

                            FC RX-7 Turbo
DSM, AWD turbo, 1g/2g, Galant VR4
                            3000GT/Stealth VR4
                            e36 M3
                            Audi 200

                            Maybe these limited number domestics:
                            Mercury Marauder
                            F-150 Lightning
                            GMC Cyclone/Typhoon

I'm trying to highlight future classics which have hit or are close to their lowest value right now.

sounds like this one has already come up in price
