I know they've only been on the market for a couple of years now, but what about the BRZ/FR-S as a future classic? These are a real purists' car.....very few luxuries, mainly focused on the driving experience. Lightweight, compact, RWD, 6-speed box, LSD. The only 'fault' I keep hearing about them is the need for another 30-50 bhp to make it better.

I've heard they a thinking about making a turbo version of the BRZ/FR-S If they did I think I'd have to find a way to get one.I know they've only been on the market for a couple of years now, but what about the BRZ/FR-S as a future classic? Absolutely. But if they sell too well they could just end up like Miatas, ie might not be worth much but still desirable. If they end up making an STi version it will definitely end up collectible.I know they've only been on the market for a couple of years now, but what about the BRZ/FR-S as a future classic? I know most of you hate anything Bangle related, but hear me out. The US-only 6-speed E60 M5.

It's a comfortable V10 Sedan with 3 pedals! With all the engine downsizing, and fewer and fewer cars being offered with a stick, that's just never gonna happen again.diamantschwarz 1991 318isComment

I was reading and they are expecting the BRZ STI to hit showrooms in 2015. Its supposed to make 300hp.Comment

I don't care what anyone says, I love those cars, everything about them.
There've been rumors of that since they announced the car. I really hope so, would be stupid not to.sigpicComment

Well the engine for it has already been made and in production for two other Subaru cars so it seems likely they will put it in the BRZ and make it a sti version.Comment

I never knew it was US-only! I like driving manuals better than the yawn-o-matic SMG that come in those for sure. Save for launch control :)Comment

Couple of Italians for you Julien. I've always loved these 2 cars btw.
Alfa Romeo Milano
Maserati Biturbo
Also something JDM is a 1st gen 4runner which I just picked up recently
