Eh, the fun and learning you'll get out of fixing it is totally worth it. Besides, it's $250. And it's a euro 323i.

No question here, go for it.

If I could save mine you can save that. No true euro car should be scraped, mine should have been scraped with the amount of rust but its a euro. Everyone has 318's and 325's but how often are there 323's or 320's floating around I do it for the sake of having something different.

WTF is so cool about a European market car besides the bumpers? Check panels in a language you can't understand? A speedo that requires you to do math to see how fast you're going?

Give me a semi-clean US market car over a beat to shit European model any day.

Save it just for that color, it's one of my favorite original colors for E30s.

Buy it, take all the good parts off it and get your money back when you scrap the shell.

I wouldnt bother with restoring it completely. If anything turn it into a gutted track car with an m50 swap on the cheap. That way all you will be fixing is the body. Restoring that interior and rebuilding that motor is going to be a ton of work.

For the sake of being different. I second the post about fixing it a little and turn it into a track slut. You could have a track slut for under 2k.
