well the reserve is met, we will see if they let it go. You can't replicate that for 25k. A lot of car for the money but there is still 4 days left, expect it to climb.

Looks like a nice candidate for an engine swap, as in put the correct one back in it. There are very few Canadian E28 M5s out there. I'd rather have one that needs work rather than a totally wrong motor and drivetrain. I cannot figure out why people do that. If they want a different motor in the car, buy a different car. Don't screw up one just to stick something that doesn't belong in the engine bay.

i can not figure out why people still care. The man wanted more power in a car that had a certain look. he built exactly what he wanted. He wasn't trying to please you. i think this thing looks classy and i think the faces of people getting passed on the road is enough reason for the swap. Obviously not as rare anymore or desirable, beautiful and well done none the less; no reason to take it apart and re swap it.

It was only a matter of time I suppose.

Not sure why, but I have no strong opinion against this swap as I would if it were an E30 M3. Something about keeping the six a six.

Looks like a really fun car. S54 is definitely an amazing engine.
