      Ok everyone i think i get it. Dont buy used parts unless you can install them yourself and dont cry if tte take a shit after a month. Sorry im such a noob.

        The way I see it if you cant work on a e30 by yourself then you shouldnt have one... these cars are the simplest to work on. People say they dont know how to work on cars it doesnt take a rocket scientist people are just to lazy to learn anything.

          I am a shop owner.

          About a month ago, I had a friend ask me to change the starter in his Porsche Cayenne S. It's buried under the intake manifold, in the V of the engine, and while he knows we don't like using inferior parts, he opted to find the starter himself instead of paying $500 for a known good brand/OEM. The car just came back for a bad starter, even though he is a friend and I give him extremely good rates, not doing a 13hr job for him for free. He is having to pay all over again.
