You could say that for pretty much everyones car at this site, but that is not the point. The e30 isnt an e36 m3, getting it to that point is all the fun

Stepping further then a E36 M3 is also easy,

Stu can probably outrun M3´s on the track with the right setup,

Tentative price range on intercooled and non-intercooled kits?
What kind of times do you expect with the non-intercooled?

            Thanks

Any plans to sell just the manifold?

We won't be offering the manifold unless it for a unique application where are kit will not fit. For instance we have sold hardware to a 2002 Owner who is installing a m20 turbo.
              Thanks,

Todd... why don't you tell us about John's twin turbo 6-er i saw today sitting in his driveway after i poked around the turbo 3-er engine bay this afternoon

                    Pete,
The twin turbo is a Cartech unit that Sweeney highly modified to make it fit in an e24 chassis. I found it in the weeds in an e12 528i in Bithlo, FL. It's a sweet setup that makes big top end power. That said, it is getting ripped out of his 6er in favor of one of our kits. John will be building a one off intake manifold/intercooler combo and probably run a GT40 ball bearing turbo for fun.

For your hopeful times, how much boost do you plan on running to hit those times?

                            TCD,
When are you planning hitting the track, are you going down to ATCO?

I'm almost done with my car, just have to make downpipe, and hook up the oil lines.

Also, how much boost you are planning to run with out intercooler, I'm planning on running 5psi for now with no intercooler and I'll go from there up.

Good luck with that turbo project, and thanks for keeping us updated, respect you a lot for all the time you spending with the project, and would love to meet you in person maybe at track, and show people what turbo M20s can do on 1/4 mile track!

                            :)

                              Amirani,
I probably won't run the car again until New England Dragway opens in late March. We have alot going on and there just isn't time for a trip to South Jersey.

Glad to hear you are getting close to finishing your car.

TCD: So your kit is bolt on and uses Motronic still? How does Motronic stand up to it? I have L-Jet on my car and found it was cheaper/easier to replace the engine management with an aftermarket system - http://www.link-electro.co.nz/wire_in.html . I haven't seen this company do much overseas - except australia.
