Yes, they have them that way in some other countries.. look at the patrol car in the 2nd pic and the cone (blue and white), it is not in the US.

Never made any from factory. Was most likely converted in UK. Repairable at $$$$$

looks like he slide it sideways into a curb, you can see a curb size chunks missing out of the wheels. Probably smashed up the body before the wheels exploded. Still an impressive amount of damage.

Yep. And, Sterling on black is the rarest, at least here in the States...
