How do you guys drive so low?

I have late model conversion on my 84, and not too long ago installed megan coils on it. dropped the car so i have about 3 fingers from the ground to my IS lip. My skid plate hits/scrapes on every little road imperfection, got my oil pan bolt busted in two weeks of driving with coils, (yes with red46 skids plate on) and the new one is almost half way shaved already, looks like i bent my skid plate as well. The tires are rubbing everywhere, and its not like i have some weird set up, the bumps are literally impossible to go through without scraping the whole car.

And i know that there are people whos cars are even lower then mine. I just wonder how do you guys do it? Is it just that you dont drive it daily or maybe used to it and im just bitching here?

3 fingers is damn low for an is lip on coils, let's see some pictures of the car to get a real idea.

Learn every pothole, drain, dip, bump where you drive and how to get around them. Or be on your tows all the time. Or scrape and hit and just don't give a shit.

If you are on coils, just raise the front up enough to fit 4-5 fingers and raise the back accordingly. You shouldn't have a problem with scraping anymore. Unless your exhaust is really low.

Comes with the territory. You either deal with it or raise it up. When I had a real low truck, I learned the roads near me well, and I worked real close to home. When I went back to school, I sold the truck for a more senceable daily driver.

Because Megan coilovers are shit, they cannot handle dampening or response. I daily drove mine like this:

I got stuck on uneven grass and had to drive out on boards...I have raised my car up 1" since then(larger/wider tires in front now).
