Thats how fast I felt i was goin when I had my 316 on it last year. Yea the Bridge to Gantry guy I think works in one of the local shops but also does photography for a couple of the Euro Car mags over here.

Yeah it looks at least halfway stripped. And that motor, I would bet, isn't nearly stock.

A really stripped (no heater, etc etc) 316 shell with 318is running gear, decent suspension, etc etc. Engine should be stock'ish.
