i find billies in the jy here all the time. i have gotten to the point where sometimes i don't even bother harvesting them anymore. i think i have 3 or 4 sets in my storage.sigpic

at this point you need to be really really careful. the spring is under a load on the strut. carefully unscrew the strut retaining nut and stay out of the way of the business end of the spring. when it unscrews, the spring and strut will go flying out of the housing. they don't go too far, but the tension is probably enough to break a finger/or perhaps a wrist if you are in the way.
if you have the right tools as mentioned above, you can get them out in about 10-15 min/side.sigpic
