That's not always the case though, so be careful. The lowest price can often equate to the companies who are trying to get the business they can't get strictly on their reputation.

i agree, but you gotta watch out for the toolbags that think they are "shippers" just because they have a truck and trailer, generally if you have a tractor trailer pulling 10 cars from california to NJ they can do it cheaper then someone pulling one car that same distance..you still have to make sure they "give a shit" and wont destroy the car tho

I'd skip on it for that price. I would only stretch into the high 3Ks...

Its not a bad looking car and you arent too far away. Try and get it around 4 and you should both be happy. if not, tell him to piss off and keep looking.

To me it looks like he is forwarding the cost of the maintenance onto you. It was probably a 2500 car that he paid a shop a few grand to "prep" for autocross and is now trying to unload it

since you will just crash the next one.
get one that has one food in the door of death.

then save the other 4k for medical bills

I am very open to the idea of getting a car shipped but the only thing that makes me nervous about that is not actually being able to drive it beforehand.

                Should I buy this E30?

Good idea,I just bought an e30 from San Diego and had it shipped to me in tennessee. It's been a long process mainly due to the seller. And let just say pictures can be very deceiving. And someone being vouched for isn't enough.

^Yup, I will never buy a car sight unseen again. My E30 was the first car I bought having seen it in person, and it's worked out pretty well for me compared to previous purchases.
