I think what I really like about it is the complete devotion to doing what works best. Barrel-shaped camshafts, a 13-piece crankshaft, roller bearings everywhere... It's cool to see zero compromises in the production of an engine.

Sounds amazingly like a smaller version of the V10 F1 engines - the Williams revving to 19000RPM was awesome (even though Ferrari obviously dominated that period).
I believe it would sound like clattering broken metal.
Naaahhhh, it would probably sound normal, then wicked, then insane, then like the devil on crack gargling gasoline, then make loud bang then be quiet in record time...
