Make the jump (E36->E30)?

I'm starting to think I might have to. Once I sell the e36 M then I'll start the hunt. Right now I'm just window shopping.

The only concern I have with buying a 318 or eta is that I won't all the little extras that an 325is would have that are a pain to swap or find.

Just be sure to get the 88-90 with plastic bumpers, they look alot better IMO..I would wait around and try to find a clean "i" or is", youll get the lsd...
the cheapest route would be a late model eta though, but take that motor out before you even drive the car.....ALOT slower than the "i" "is" :pimp: , it will give you a bad impression..hehe
The LSDs seem to be pretty easy to find, so you can swap one in your eta....

318 "is" with the shadowline trim look the best though, but I'm not sure what kinda tranny you have in those..

I've owned 3 E30s and 1 E36....

The E30s are better in every aspect...lighter, better quality, more fun, none of the e36 rattles.

Overall E30's are maybe the best cars made by BMW or otherwise, but don't discount other cars either.

the lsd is a nice feature, it performs alot better than an open dif, therefore safer (it'll take alittle bit more for the back end to step around on you)
