I payed $225 for it "pre-owned." My thinking is I could always sell it on ebay for that if the car got totaled, sold, etc..

With it and the windows up, it's a totally different ride. Way warmer in the winter months, too.

        Why is that?

Can you add a link to the postings? I assume you mean the Gallery and I searched for a MRLEE325 gallery and there was none?
Also searched the new posts to the gallery and there was no shots of your vert?

            seats

            87Blue,
I don't know why. I'm working on some seat mech's right now and am wondering if I can just remove this plastic piece and finally be able to star gaze with the top down! Anyone else know why this is for the sport seats?

Hmm - may do the same thing if it works out. Wonder why it was that way in the first place...something to do with some sort of roll-over protection (not that it would matter). Any pics of the plastic part in question?

I think the back seat area is just too narrow in the convert for the front seats to recline. The outboard side of the seat back would come into contact with the side of the rear seat compartment. I think the front seatbelt retractors are the issue.

If you guys figure something out let me know, I'd love to be able to recline my right seat to be able to transport my 9'1" long board to the beach in a little more low profile manner.

sdcabrio is close. it's not the seat belt mech., but the molded in armrest the eventually will rub on the side of the seat. however, the plastic piece stops the seat WELL short of this, and if you were careful, you could remove this piece and just watch it when you recline the seat back.

yeah, just dremel out that plastic piece and be careful when you recline.
