Turner was better at customer service. BMP's customer service sux!
ECS' s shipping has only gotten worse when it comes to delays and has rubbed off on Turner sadly. "Oh you wanted an oil filter this week? Sorry we sold out just yesterday but didn't update the site"

I've been a Turner fan since about the turn of the century but sad to see their responsiveness take a hit. Will is still a nice and awesome guy though

ECS definitely gives a shit. They are very active over on the Audi forums, and will make things right if needed.

Right! Totally agree! I was feeling guilty when that first happened to me. I'm thinking, man I totally f-ed this guy's date night. Monday am I get an email confirmed part is on the way. WTF!

I have 3 BMWs. (I realize I need a pysch eval but it is what it is.) I call Blunt (Steve) he answers. I explain it's this thing that attaches to this part but needs to be a right handed thing. He emails me a oem parts diagram, circles what he thinks I am trying to explain and boom, my part is on the way.

Just saying guys, the bigs have nothing over this company/Steve. Including price.

Their prices look good at first glance, but somehow they manage to fuck it all up when it comes time to add in shipping.

I use this tool to find the cheapest parts. I have not found a specific dealer that is always the lowest time after time. But there are about 2-3 that are very close to the bottom consistently.

I agree, although lately their prices have been better but still with the shipping its been coming out way more. FCP has been doing a decent job lately.

It pisses me off when I see something for $10 and it costs me like $10 to ship it.

Wow. I have never found that to be the case.

I also am sure Blunt or GPS would match their competition.

I am always looking for the best deal. I shop around.

Maybe now they'll have a sale on their euro bumper set to celebrate.... I can be hopeful.

for oem parts, the cheapest place is still husker bmw/bmwmercedes parts.com

for aftermarket, both the above are great. i have not used blunt yet, but the next time i buy an e30, i'm going to seriously look into it.
