I borrowed a friend's LS400 for a week, just for shits and giggles. Holy hell, it's like driving a bank vault. 200k miles and not 1 single rattle, squeak, or noise from anywhere in the car. Not the most glamorous or loved car out there, but it just oozes understated luxury. FFS, it had a heated/cooled center console for keeping your beverages at a specified temperature.. in 1999!

a motor swap is an easier task than replacing the fan motor.

Not worth the hassle. I'd rather rock a CV/Grand Marquis if I want something reliable and comfy
