What makes a BMW a BMW

    Hi r3v,

Random question for my job, I can't really give more details around it but I'm putting together a list of car parts found on BMW's and Mini's that really define the brand, like BMW's active suspension or Mini's obscurely placed speedo that shows how fun or different they are.

    Anyone wana help brainstorm? :)

    Thanks!

The gauge cluster. Even nowadays, they still look almost the same even after 20-30 years.

not exclusive to bmw. tons of manufactures have used this styling technique. i will agree most every bmw has it though.

IMO, not a BMW only thing. On topic, egh they can keep running with the "has a soul" thing

Typically the VIN # is what makes a car what it is.
