So the vert didnt make as much as the last time.

Just a bit more than half of what it sold for?

The cars that get relisted never do as well as they did the first time. Folks automatically assume that the car didn't sell because it's a piece of shit.

$13k for a metal bumper vert is hardly going to be considered a piece of shit.

I think the main reason people back out is because they went over their budget, bail and the they tend to sell for a more appropriate amount.

$20k+ was insane, $13k+ is a lot more inline with what it should've sold for in the first place

I had my doubts at first because of the rust but that Silver M tech clawed it's way up just a touch under the 16K I figure they should be worth for a decent example.
