If you didn't like the "no reserve", you shouldn't have agreed to it...

Apparently it actually did have a reserve of $8k that he agreed to

It would have said no reserve if it didn’t have one. At least it usually does on BAT.

I think $8,600 is a good deal. 9,500 is more even. But 11.5 is a little high, especially for the bullshit he just pulled.

Car will sit now because of his actions

The Red 318is seems like another clean car.

I love the color of the brown vert. But some things don’t add up.

26k miles and you need a new AC Compressor?

If that color is truly sprayed by BMW I think it will fetch a good amount. Probably 16k ish?

Even better. You got $600 more than agreed upon. Be a man and honour the fucking agreement.

From the last post he made, it does sound like he’s honoring it. But it still shows that BAT really doesn’t have much of way to guarantee the sale goes through. That’s where the real auction houses have a leg up.

..unless it’s a fake Porsche 356. (Too soon?)

todays 318is didnt meet reserve at a 5650... Im guessing people werent too thrilled with after-the-fact new info coming out. Im guessing he negotiated a reserve with sharing limited info and then hoped it wouldnt tank the auction.

Those people get hooked on one, little, pedantic thing and never let it go. Unreal...

Who gives a shit if the engine was changed? It isn't a low miles, garage queen...it's a driver.

What do you think the market rate for a "222k" 318is is in that kind of condition?
