it could also depend on the state of the parts you're replacing.

If your exhaust is shit and then you add a straight pipe - that could be five hp right there.

I think 10 hp is very doable and i don't see what 20 isn't possible. I would also bring a few small maintenance items up to speed (i.e. fuel filter,plugs,wires,diff/tranny fluid, etc.) otherwise you're really not getting the full potential out of this. Good luck, keep us posted!

I would be extremely happy with 10hp at the wheels...I am replaceing T belt, plug wires , rotor cap & putting the exhasut & headers on before I do the 1st dyno run. Cool thing is they have a really good dyno and can give me torque etc...

This means your second run will only have injectors and chip added, rigth?
This should stil yield a good net difference between injector/chipped car vs not. Headers and such should not really change the chip's performance.

I', standing by to see the before and after results.
        (.Y.) R cool.

The 2nd run will have bigger injectors/chip/M30AFM..

Smart money says you'll get more gains from the maintenance stuff than parts bin "performance upgrades"

I'm just waiting to get my headers, then full tune-up, hope fully 1 1/2 to 2 weeks..It will not be a totally stock 1st run though, it will have IE headers and a 2.5 " straight pipe exhaust...then the following week I will do the 2nd run with M30afm, 19#s & chip.

Don't worry about absolute dyno #s. What you want to see is the comparison of various mods on the same dyno. Once you get a good increase in power, then you can shop around for an optimistic dyno :D

While you want to see an increase in peak hp, be sure to look at the whole torque curve. Hopefully you'll free up some torque throughout the range, not just at peak.

yep, he said that they have the software/dyno for torque curves and whatnot. he said I can get all the figures that I want for comparison
