    AND then there's the problem of keeping alcohol and gasoline mixed- they don't want to.
    SO then there's an additive package to do THAT.

    Burning alcohol is just fine. Mixing it with gasoline is a fool's errand.

      Update. Been filling up on 100% gasoline since starting f this thread.

      The car now averages 32.5mpg every tank.

      Happy camper here. At the current prices the undiluted stuff is saving me $200 a year over e10. Edit due to bad math.

        The only source of ethanol free fuel here is 91, wish we had it in 87.
