I never once stated where the damage lays makes it salvage title...but a salvage title has a lower true value. No one on here seems to understand this. Therefore my perceived rant.

Market dictates buying/ selling prices, not a third party. If you disagree, why not go here and look at what the E30s have been selling when left to bidders to decide.

Those are rare examples, which most of us don't have. The only one that truly peaked my interest was the 12k or so sedan.

But I guess if you can't find one and really wanted one , that buyer would pay for it. Those buyers come around rarely.

As for prices, look at CL.

This is where you're completely wrong. The pricing guides are set by the people who want to buy cars low and sell them high(er), not by what buyers are actually willing to pay (see: M5, E39; M3, E30).
