Hey guys, I'm doing a dohc swap in my e30 next week, after that I'm on the hunt for a S5x for my e34 touring, after that Ill have a m50 sitting around from my touring and I was thinking it would be fun to try to cram it in something random.
Im thinking for ease it would need to be
-RWD
and
-hydro. Clutch

Thinking like a mid 80s Jap. truck, maybe a cheap Porsche like a 924 or a early Mercedes sedan, something that would be around $1000

What do you guys think?

volvo 240s are clutch cable, i think their is a swap you can take from some odd ball early volvo to get hydro clutch, and 740s have hydro, but I cant stand the slanted front end.

american wouldnt be to bad....

I have always liked the body lines of the 620 but last I looked the engine bays where small, ill have to measure it at the junk yard

A-body Mopar, Dart/Valiant/Duster. Before you say I'm nuts, slant 6s are 30-degree like a BMW engine. Tell the old guys at the muscle car cruise spot that you did a DOHC slant 6 conversion and bask in the confusion you just created.

An S54 in a slammed early Valiant has kinda been my dream car for a while now.
