I haven't had an issue with FCP so far. I placed a pretty big order with them and got everything within days of ordering it and they even paid for ups Saturday delivery. From my packing slips and order form it appears everything is here. UUC charged you that much cause they were making pay for the pads in shipping cost. I also wouldn't be surprised if they up charge shipping rates to pad their pockets as sort of a "handling" fee.

Shipping was free when I ordered my clutch from UUC, but... it was a very expensive item by my standards. Never have had a bad experience with FCP, and I've been buying with them since it was FCP Groton, close to 10 years now.
