1 series coming to the US with a bang...

Its going to have some traction issues, because its coming in 135i form.

At what Winding Road described as a "corporate event this week," BMW officials have confirmed that the 1-series will be making its way to U.S. shores in 2008. The official announcement is expected later this year, which will finally put to rest the speculation we've been covering for far too long.

I don't like it in stock form, but I've seen several done by AC Schnitzer, Hartge and Hamann that made me very happy in pants.

Yeah its rear wheel, i could never buy this car, i would much rather have the mcoupe, even though it isnt TTinline six, its still a much more appealing car, and the price tags will be close enough.

Isnt the M coupe like $50k??? For 30K, that mini-M coupe would be a bargain.

I dont think you understand just how small this thing is. The E30 is bigger inside.
                          Im now E30less.

                              But it's really ugly.
I wonder if the motor will fit in an E30.
