you guys in states with strict car rules really get screwed, who cares if you hids on an older car, none of the cops in NC thats who, who cares if your car has 12 inches of lift, none of the cops in NC thats who, who cares if your car made before 1995 doesnt pass emissions noone in NC cause noone will know cause they dont test them anymore

My car's such an outlaw that it got arreseted this morning!
not really though im just a dumbass that doesn't know how to pay parking tickets on time.$1,350+2 hours later i had my baby back on the road.
I was running with no front plate but got pulled over once, and got a parking ticket for it too.
smoked side markers, smoked turnsignals, waiting on smoked smiley's. and thats about it. got reg. and ins. so I think I'm good 'till I lower my car;)

I got 2 license plate tickets already, so I put it back on.

All my paperwork is in order though, you guys with no insurance are lucky that you live in different states. If I got into an accident with someone who had no insurance you can bet they'll get hurt.

I run a euro plate periodically up here.. I got a ticket once for no plate altogether.
License plate lights dont work. Never did. Never cared.
HIDs in euro smilies. Aimed just a tad (LOT) too high....
