My car has headlights, brake lights and a windsheald, which is all that matters in kansas. If you buy a car out of state you have to take it to have a VIN inspection, they look at the vin on the dash and the door to make sure they match.... and that's it. I had that done and I will NEVER have to take my car to be inspected or any shit like that again.
I did drive my car from colorado up to montana and back to kansas with the PO's tags, and waited a couple months to get it registered, but I didn't drive it all that much during that time. although some piece of shit white trash mother fucker stole dudes tags from outside my garage and somehow managed to rack up an ass load of parking tickets with them. :weak:
I'll never understand the motovation of some fucking people, I mean It cost me < $60 to register my car. not exactly a major fuckign investment.

I do have a Jeep wagoner and an mr2 that are not registered, but I keep them out at my parents house in the sticks and although I did use the waggy to move, I only drive them around on contrey roads, If that.

My tinted front windows are not exactly legal. Other than that, I am a model citizen.

Technically it is illegal but when you get booted, the burden is on you to inform them as to where your car is located. I figure that if you take the car and boot away, nobody is going to know that its missing.

I have no cat. I used to have a euro plate in front and i got pulled over a lot for that so i put a plate on. Its seriously such a PITA to drive a car that gets you pulled over.

Aren't euro bumpers illegal? Cause they aren't 5mph? Ehh.

you know it really depends on your state law I think. here they don't care what it is as long as you have bumpers. it's probably not legal for sale by a dealer, but perfectly legal to drive on the street - how many rednecks have you seen with a giant oak bumper on their beater truck?

wrong (at least here anyway) they know exactly where the car is. all you have to do is give them the license plate and 15min-2hrs later the boot is off, VOILA!

                  got another no-front-plate today.

so rediculous. I should move to somewhere with more crime so that no-front-plate is the least of officers' issues.

They use PINE for their bumpers around here.

I run a front plate, so I just dont have to worry about it. I ran my 325is for a while with no front plate when I first got it, but after I turbod...I didnt need any more attention. My exhuast is really loud..

When we turbo the 335, there will still be no front plate. Its not going to be loud though ;)

                              your a tool.

its not the ticket i'm worried about, it would be getting in an accident. especially a major accident... then your screwed for life because you didn't want to fork out the money for insurance. i guess thats the difference between some people... they think about the consequences of their actions?

Eh, why not...I'll jump in more out of my own curiosity of how long the list is.

o In-dash DVD player, plays while driving.
                                o HIDs
                                o Open intake
                                o Smoked signals
                                o Cancelled front parking lights
                                o Removed DRLs
                                o Smoked sidemarkers
                                o Painted tail lights
                                o Modified suspension
                                o Beltronics STi detector

E-code lights are legal here, but you can see a few items on my list that are legal in some states but outlawed here.
