I was told that if you have both of our side veiw mirrors, you don't have to have a rear veiw mirror. But that was in IL.

For us, in-dash DVD players is a very grey area. Even though its technically illegal to drive while watching TV its very hard to prove that the driver has (or had) this intent unless he is seen driving unsafely to the point where he is obviously distracted.
