We used to have insane asylums to commit these types for life.
With such a high rate of repeat offenders, once caught, these freaks should never have the opportunity to harm another child.

my only problem is that they lump anyone who has been convicted of a domestic dispute in with sexual offenders. I'm not saying that its ok to beat your wife or anything, but I know in Kansas if someone calls the fuzz on a couple and says that they are fighting, one of them HAS to be arrested.
when I was younger we called the cops on this couple of fatties that were yelling at each other. the guy got hauled off to jail right quick. I'm sure i'm not the only person who has done this.
In retrospect I think we could have found a better way to spend that afternoon. But I'm not going to lie, it was funny as hell.

Oh sure we would. Punishing your kids is biblical. So is protecting yourself and family. So if my neighbor snuck in my house in the middle of the night I would have to beat him down and then love him enough to pray that the police get here before I do any more damage.
