Naah, there's more than enough frontal area on any car out there to get plenty of radar return. I think it's for the red light cash-cows. I mean red light cameras. They just spent a lot of money and time installing those cameras and adjusting the lights so they stay yellow shorter. If they couldn't get your plate on film they would have wasted all that hard work. :roll:

stop whinning about your state laws unless you have written your government officials (all of them including arnold) AND VOTED FOR SOMEONE THAT SUPPORTS YOUR IDEAS. Each of us has stupid state laws or city ordinances that are just down right stupid. Like spending twice the actual needed funding making two plates instead of one. In NC the cameras are facing from the rear and front one driver pic and one tag. If your pic is not legible then the citation is garbage. If you are in CA isn't CARB your biggest enemy? after all your car is 15-20 years old and they want it off the street.

if you look at the front of my plastic bumper, a euro plate would be a perfect fit on it, and it would look soo soo soo clean.....I don't even care that its a euro plate really, I just wish there were plates that were.......longer and thinner......

Jesus christ. If you want a Euro plate that bad, move to a state that either doesn't enforce those laws or only requires one plate. Or better yet... move to Europe.
