When I bought my parts car, I started to take everything apart. I had asked the previous owner if he had drained all the fluids, and even though he said yes, I didnt believe him.... so I popped the oil drain plug and sure enough, no oil there. Cool.
So after a while I went on to take the radiator off. I started removing the inlet hose (all the way at the bottom) while facing it at point blank from the front of the car. As soon as that hose pops off, all the coolant (which wasnt drained at all), just flew straight in my face.Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

Hehe. One time, we were at a junk yard takin off this starter we needed for an old E, and my buddy decides to cut thru most of the hoses and wure harnesses on drivers side to be able to reach the starter better. On the other side of the e30, my other buddy was dicking around with the spark wires ( no clue doing what). So, in order to cut these hoses, he used one of those informercial knives that you see cutting through hammers and stuff without never getting dull. So half way through cutting a hose, the blade bends badly, and FLIES out of the handle towards the guy messing with the spark wires. Hits him in the shirt, cuts it a bit, and flies away harmlessly. The priceless reaction of "huh? whered my blade go" and "huh, what just hit me" got me rolling in TEARS laughing. Haven't laughed so hard and long in the 2 years that have gone by.

try getting shocked with AC current. I get it alot (im an electrician), its better than Coffee! Worst ive had was 240v 60amp AC Line that someone turned back on when i was working on it!
When i was at the junk yard i found a e34 with the oil pan i need for the m50 swap, i was so happy and jumped under there and started ripping it out, i unbolted the sway bar linkage cause it was in the way and it dropped right on my head, hurt like a bitch. I think TJ was there, but i know i felt like a moron.

Trying to start my m30 motor with a with out a driveshaft and the shift linkage hanging below, I bent the selector rod and hence ruined a perfectly good Getrag 265.
Then bought a e24 parts car to get the tranny out of that, only to find out the tranny was too short.
Finally got another G265....
That was costly....$$$$
the button that looks like your hazard button except has no markings on it... I dont know what the reasoning was behind it but bmw put it there
It was put there to stop children from rolling down the windows.
Hence my calling it a child lock.Yours truly,
Rich

It's either a circuit breaker (maybe, as the windows on our cars don't use a relay of anykind, it's a direct link to the switch to the motor)
Or...
It's a child lock out button.
Or both...
All I know is that it's ULGY....

Shift knob example was a success... hows about the old:
"Finished motor swap but engine would not fire due to lack of fuel, only to find that i put the fuel lines on backward"
+1 on this for me, where as ive never actually punched myself with a shift knob
