Anybody have a picture of these 19" wheels they talk about? I wanna see how much better they look.

BTW, i like the route BMW is taking with their wheels. They aren't doing so much "deep dish" look for wide wheels. They do the "swooping" method, I like that alot actually

What has happened to the M series look that they have done so well in the past to define the series over the other cars. I am sure it will perform but it does not show its typical M styling to me.

              Bleh.

Another piece of crap new car. Heavier cars + cheesy build + complicated everything + high sticker price + stuffed-to-the-limit engine bays = EH.

Sounds like a nice prospective though. But I'd rather Euro S52 swap a E30 M3 instead. And it'll still weigh 700+ lbs less than this wretched incarnation.

Regardless of weight and price, I'm sure driving that thing is an experience that will be hard to match.

Btw, in case nobody noticed before, C&D is the shittiest car magazine on earth, and I would wipe my ass with it only if I could not find any cactus nearby.

When David E. Davis Jr. was at the helm it was the best car magazine, period. It was a fast downhill slide when he left.

I didnt read a single post other than this yet. It caught my eye and I could not agree more.

Anyone remember when the RX-8 won the "Coupe Comparison" against the Mustang Cobra and G35. It wasnt as fast as the Mustang. Didnt handle like the G35, and wasnt as comfortable or luxurious. It won because the rear seats were easier to access, because of it's suicide REAR DOORS. In a coupe comparison? They are idiots, all of them. Terrible rag of a magazine. End rant......now/.

Great car and all, but way too expensive. I could own an E30, E36, and E46 M3 for 62K. Besides E30 M3> all.

It does seem rather portly for a 'sports car' but consider the new Audi RS4 has just a few more ponies (< 10) yet weighs 300+ more lbs., this car should outshine it in many respects.
