            Me too!

One of the perks to having a suspended license is I don't have to buy gas for the next 6 months.

I didn't buy either, but only because I filled up the day before. I don't think any of the different ideas used to "screw the gas companies" actually work. I heard a good idea about just not buying from a few of the major companies all of the time, forcing them to lower prices to compete with the others. I don't think it would in reality work either though. The only people that hear about these things are people who actually have and check their email.

So use this site www.gasbuddy.com and find the cheapest prices local to you. Face it what I hear is we will see $3.00 by July 4th, and that is still cheap, but it hurts.

I personelly think there lining of their pockets going on but congress refuses to investigate. Refinery shortage yeah means they said don't come to work so we can jack the prices up. Did the refinerys just disappear?

Big business just hurting them self in the long run. Toyota Prius selling like hotcakes, and I imagine the new Dodge 300M is just selling oh so well, ;) can't pass a pump without a drink. SUV sales down 7% already.

Inflation starting to creep, hmm sounds like the 70's when carter was in office.

Muwah ha ha ha ha....

Nope, the DMV's got my balls right now. Then on Dec. 12th, they will be handed off to my insurance company.

the peak might come sooner than some thought. if you think $3 a gallon is expensive, wait around 5 years. I bet most of you will not be driving your cars very much!

demand up 80%, supply down 2.5%.. hmmm....

btw, the peak in prices when Carter was president was an artificial shortage.. they just stopped pumping. now we are faced with a real shortage, there simply is not enough oil to supply the demand, and it's not going to get better. enjoy it while it lasts..

There's honeslty not much point in worrying about it. I listen to all these people day in and day out griping about gas prices. There's not really much you can do about them. They can charge whatever they want, because they know you HAVE to have gas, and that you WILL pay it, no matter what. So everyone just needs to cut down on driving around to places when you don't really need to, and just do what you can to deal with it.

And yes, I know I don't have a car to buy gas for right now, but I pay for most of my wife's gas.

Yea you all will be getting hard ons for bikes and scooters once the oil supply runs dry. Good god when that day comes....no one will be able to sell cars! How the hell are dealerships going to stay up? Well they're not...

This is a very serious problem. Its like being out of...gas! I'm serious, you all better enjoy these years of dwindling gas and oil. Hopefully, like sociology states, technology will pull through in the clutch with a new type of "oil" that we can use. You all better hope so!

And maybe we'll see a drop in overweight people because they'll HAVE to ride bikes everywhere!

I drive 44.4 miles each way to work, and I listen to alot of talk radio during that hour and a half commute.

85% of the calls recently have been about gas prices, hell I more then likely pay more then these complainers and I don't really give 2 shits.

Gas prices go up, they go down, they go up, they go down, we can't do shit about it. so you make do

this is why I have the blue car, I can run 87 in the damn thing
