MK Motorsport is still in business, they're called MK Motorsport Krankenberg GMBH now.
But it's a german tuner that worked with Ford and BMW rally cars back in the day. Not sure what they're doing now, apart from making beautiful 5 series wheels (I want a set for my E28 so bad!)

OEM fire extinguisher holder for sports seat, and a modern OEM BMW fire extinguisher.

The old fire extinguisher used a holder like the one pictured below and a seatbelt strap. The new fire extinguisher doesn't fit that holder, but I was able to swap the seatbelt strap onto the new fire extinguisher holder in order to retain the vintage look. Here's an original fire extinguisher and holder

I have only seen a few cars with this type of single mount seat armrest

I found another car with the same armrest it ,like my car were first sold in Illinois and recently came across another car as well ,hopefully someone can shed some more light on this subject
