The plastic window cover came standard with the verts. Seems like lot of folks didn't know what the thing is for and tossed it.

I don't think so. I think it goes on top of the battery cover.

I placed my order last August through ECS. Talked to multiple sources including Levent at Gutenparts, and it's listed as orderable but nothing in stock.

UPDATE: turns out we're talking about completely different parts. There are several different types euro valances:

- early model 2 piece (with and without A/C I think)
- early model 1 piece, with and without A/C
- late model 1 piece, with and without A/C

moreoff ordered a non-A/C, non oil cooler late model valance. I've been chasing an early model 1 piece A/C valance - completely different part.

Wow. My friend has a euro non-ac car. So we ordered it through the dealership using his VIN. $330 out the door.
