      I have this rare hella valance was made back in 1983. I bought it from a guy in Hungary who told me there were only 20 Pcs made back in that day.

      I have seen only one car with that valance. Check pictures

          I could swear that tirerack use to sell those as "fittipaldi" wheels back in the day. "Fittipaldi", as in Emerson Fittipaldi.

                  edit. Just went through the old receipts of the previous owner(s) and found a little red paper with the key code and a wire diagram for the plug. If someones interested to see these, I can take pictures
