        Truth.

IMO they are THE go-to e30 wheels.

Suspension first, then kopis will look ridiculously good.

I agree, suspension first, and then kopis will look incredible on your cabrio. BTW incredibly clean cabrio.

anything will look better than those terrible ass hood caps. Kopis do look nice, but yes, it need suspension drop to pull off 17" wheels.

so sorry about the reflector things on the front fenders. looks clean otherwise

there's no way I can afford both right now.... how much is suspension?

the 17's have a lot lower profile. Isn't it better to get the wheels on and then match the suspension to the wheels? the tires are 215/40/17

That really all depends on what you plan to do with your car. Just street? Street plus the occassional auto-x? If you're goal is just to achieve a desired "look" with no intent of any auto-x or track day, a set of Bilstiens Sports or Boge shocks and Eibach Pro Kit springs or H&R Sport springs will get the car down to a nice height and improve handling without killing ride quality too much. Depending on where you get your springs and shocks, you can do suspension for $500-$600 (parts only). I think addressing this first is more important than wheels - especially if your suspension is showing signs of wearing (or worn) parts......which now becomes a safety issue.

On a vert that isn't going to be DUMPED like a 60/60 kit, the best looking kit is the H&R/billy sports. Its nice, lower and still gives you the ride quality.

Maybe you should be the first one to try out the 18" kopis? :p
