Out of date? No link between Lotus and Toyota for engines.

When did they have a link? I know Toyota had a link to Yamaha for 4AGE engines and other DOHC, like the 2000GT. And I know GM had a link with Lotus and Isuzu, check out a Isuzu Impulse RS or a Geo Storm GSi and a Lotus Elan M100.

yeah it's missing a few recent changes - DCX is no longer merged, just linked, and IIRC ford sold off one of their prem brands, maybe aston?

Elise's and Exige's have Toyota engines in them, in the US that is. Can't remember what they have in them elsewhere. Want to say Honda, but I think I'm thinking of an Ariel Atom.

lotus used to have rover engines in them.

I was also led to believe that any toyota donk with 'G' in its name eg 4AGE had yamaha designed heads.

Bmw inadvertantly deals with chrysler maybe for Caddy.. They mostly made motors for the big land rovers if I am not mistaken.
