Has anyone around here ever driven a neon? I know theyre shitboxes I put 190k on one, but they do handle well for a frontdriver especially compared to a 2000 sentra, and the get good mileage and are ridiculously easy to work on.
I know I shouldn't get my panties in a bunch over a neon but I just feel like the get the short end of the stick, hell at least it wasn't a cavilier or a saturn!

a newer Saturn, i believe it is a ls series came in the shop with a 3.0 in it the v6 with the crazy intake like the tauras sho's had. well anyway it didnt have the maf plugged in when it came in.... and was on its way down hill fast. kind off subject.... I believe how long a car last also depends if the owner gives a shit or not.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

Sentras have a huge cult following for some reason. It seems like there are always a dozen or so at autocrosses.

I have a 97 maxima. I miss my old sentra. It was a 1991 tho. Total shit box but I loved it. I swear the tire size on it was like 125/80/14. Looked like I was on donuts!

It was agile for a slow car. They are easy to maintain and have a fair amount of upgrade options. I was thinking of getting a sentra and making it FR with a SR20DET before I got my E30. The E30 just seemed easier...

            Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

You should have imported a car for her. She would have saved big.

It's a little tricky but a little reading and speaking to someone whose done it before would help alot.

not really - on a new car sure, but prices for used cars have dropped a lot in BC because of rampant importing. I checked prices and there was only about a $500 difference - not enough to go through the hassle of importing.

Ahh i see, it does depend on the car in question.

A e36 m3 goes for around 15k+ more for better conditioned ones here in Ontario. Quiet a few mint ones in the 20k+ range.

Whereas down south, 10-12k gets you a pretty decent one.

Yeah. If you have all your paper work in order, its not too bad. For some reason, used car prices in the US take an absolute nose dive after a few years. Not nearly so much in Canada.

                              ^^^that made me lawl

I have had several sentras, and they are fun little bastards, until my last one. I had an 85 coupe, 91 SE-R(decently fast, but no e30), and the last beatermobile was a 87 coupe with the cd-17 diesel.(yes, diesel)
