Cat's out of the bag... (the plans for my car)

Alright, well I was planning on keeping it all a secret until everything was installed and completed on my car, but I have been bursting at the seams. Plus the fact that I need some help organizing the list of parts I need to purchase.

Well first off, my girlfriend bought me a tranny swap kit for my birthday/one year anniversary. So I've got a Getrag 260 etc. etc. sitting in my garage already. Once I get my parts car out of the garage, my car is going to go under the knife for a ton of parts. Here is a basic list:
    • 5 speed conversion with a new clutch kit, lightened flywheel, new center support bearing, guibo, tranny mounts, shift linkage.
    • Redline MTL Gear Oil
    • Z3 1.9L short shift
    • 4.10 limited slip diff
    • Redline 75/90 Gear Oil
    • All 4 Brembo brake rotors
    • Mintex Redbox pads all around
    • ATE Superblue fluid
    • UUC brushed aluminum e-brake and shift knob with Rob's black suede boots
    • Pair of Sparco Speed race buckets
    • Sparco front strut bar
    • Urethane subframe, control arm, and possibly differential bushings
    • New (secret) front lip with smooth out valanced and all new paint below the bumpers
    • Refinishing throwing stars with black centers and silver lips

These things will possibly come at the same time, but probably a bit later:
    • Suspension Techniques Sway Bar set
    • Falken Azenis tires for autocrossing
    • M-tech II rear lip spoiler, like Jordan demonstated (without the upper wing part)
    • Brullen exhaust
    • Custom CF sunroof (just waiting for the mold to be made by my friend)

Way future plans include Ground Controls, massive weight reduction, and a couple bolt on engine mods.

If you have read this far, and can help me sort the parts for my tranny swap, please refer to this thread:

So have you been saving for all of this by working? Or had you just had the money sitting around because all of that will cost a pretty penny, just curious.

dude I hate to sound like a dick...well not really...but most of that list is just maintance with aftermarket parts.

i dont see one euro thing on that list and I am starting to get worried.

TJ, skip the urethane diff bushing. if the old one is worn out, get a factory one. i've got 15k on mine and my diff clunks sometimes when I take off.. the construction of the urethane mount isn't very solid, it's held together by 4 screws which pull through the urethane and let it flop around. the 140k bushing on my stock diff was fine, I should have just left it alone.
