driving down the street and some bitch in an 05 325i exits a parking lot on the other side of the street into my phuking car! WTF! a 180 later the car is sitting atop the median, one tire blown and others eating curbs and plant life.. impact was on left rear wheel and immediate surrounding area.
Insurance is probably going to total the car. Needless to say, this FKNG sucks!
On a brighter note, my dog got out of jail today though :) (see Off Topic)
Camera pics I took came out dark. Will take better ones with the dig cam tomorrow.
EDIT:
The girl admits to have been drinking, drives into another moving vehicle causing it to spin and jump the median and the cops let her drive away. Can someone explain that to me??? Something's just not right here... I think I'm going to search this girl's last name on the city council and see if something comes up.
37 and 45 are Failed to Yield and Had been drinking (WTF?) then he added for me under the "Other factors /conditions may or may not have contributed, 41 "Faulty Evasive Action". Someone needs to sit down with this guy. Driving while clearly intoxicated to the point of driving into someone is ok and geting over one lane to avoid someone hitting you is considered "Faulty Evasive Action"???
