Ya I used latex gloves once and it sucked, from then on no gloves at all. I've got small hands so gloves almost get in the way as they don't fit well.

just soak it in something for a bit, it can be simple green, paint thinner, gasoline what ever the hell you like than run it to your local car wash, throw in the buck fifty or so in quarters and use the preasure washer to get the crud off. for small parts get a shitty crock pot that you dont use anymore and fill it with coolant heat it up and let parts soak for a few hours, I used to do this with my little glow plug engines when I flew r/c airplanessigpic
