I got them for 105.00 delivered. I don't want to be too low the roads here leave quite a lot to be desired & instead of the people driving nicely (they drive like they are alone on the road) there are speed bumps everywhere! Last night with me, my wife & our 15 year old daughter in the car I went over a mid sized bump (they range from small to huge!) I went over at like 2 mph & bottomed in the middle of the car after the front wheels cleared.

    I want stiffer so I don't bottom.

Thanks for all the great input, guys!

I thought the m3 would be a lot lighter, but i think last time i checked they were pretty close.
According to Fred Kim's site strictlyeta.net...

      2865 lbs (1988-1991 M3)
      3015 lbs (1987 325iC)
      3055 lbs (1988-1990 325iC)
      2988 lbs (1991-1993 325iC)
      2867 lbs (1991-1992 318iC)

As the difference between the E30 M3 and the 318iC are literally a few lbs thats why I went with the M3 springs on my car. The 325iC can be close to 190 lbs heavier.

After a few weeks you will probably have to buy new shocks too, my M3 springs blew my stock shocks. And you paid too much for those too.

Where would i get 4 springs of any kind delivered for less than 105.00?

How is getting M springs cheap? I will replace the shocks, just not today.

I can't go low like some because the roads here are full of potholes, & speedbumps.

Well, you could drop it and dodge the potholes and be careful over the speedbumps, like everyone else w/a lowered car.

And have the ungodly handling of a nicely setup aftermarket suspension... but who wants to deal with that??

Yes I could but then I would have to go like 5mph and I like to drive not crawl!
                    lol

There are literally potholes every 20 feet (closer on some roads) and speedbumps literally on every street.

No thanks I would have to leave an hour for a 10 minute drive.

Which I would enjoy 5% of the time while having to drive my wife's 2000 Cavalier the other 95% (hating life everysecond of that time)

Or set it up conservatively and be able to enjoy it.

I will agree with you on this parkerbink. The M3 springs seem to have lowered my car quite a bit and it is hard enough finding suitable driveways where I won't scrape. My car is pretty low from the front with the valence and I really don't want to lose it or scratch the shit out of something that costs $500.

Yes, some lowered e30's do look nice, but 90% of the ones I see look like complete ass.

Digitalwave how is 105 delivered, 26.25 per spring, 21.25 before delivery too much? What springs could I get for less? how are M3 springs a cheap solution?

M3 springs are the cheapest you can buy right? That's how it is a cheap solution. A real set of proper aftermarket lowering springs is around $200, but I guess that is too much huh?

No they are not the cheapest & my main goal was not lowering the car as I have said. I am not racing this car, I am enjoying it. I could have gottten no name junk springs for the same if not less but these are new original 90 M3 Springs. They list from the dealer for over 125.00 per axle. SO I fail to see how they are cheap.

I fail to see your goal then... the springs are lower, which means you are going to scrape your exhaust more. The stiffness of the spring doesn't mean you aren't going to scrape. And like I said, on a 325i, its hardly stiffer, especially with stock shocks.
