No your only allowed factory specs on alot of the interior stuff. Can change seats, steering wheel, and add harnesses. And cosmetic items.

I leave my spare and jack in - too much effort to pull it out for no real benefit. of course if it was a race car only, I'd probably leave it out all the time. but not on a street car.
I've always felt that the car was too light in the back without it. and if I suck bad enough that 20lbs makes me significantly faster, well..
oh, not all E30s had trunk tar in the rear...
